Really bad!

The game looked nice but when i downloaded it for the first time it crashed on loading. Second launch, it loaded me to SOMEONEs account, but I never played it before. I was like suure i can try playing. But then i got on all servers messages saying Error: Kicked from server. If you fix it i might download it again.
